• Excellent written and verbal communication with legal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, orders).
• Maintain centralized contract repository; track renewals and approvals.
• Coordinate internal reviews with Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
• Lead end-to-end contract execution and vendor negotiations.
• Provide guidance on contract processes, obligations, and policies.
• Prepare contract summaries, metrics, and risk analyses for leadership.
• Contribute to template and workflow enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regs.
• Stay updated on legal and industry developments.
• Support issue resolution and escalation of complex matters.
