Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) is seeking a Construction Contract Attorney to draft, negotiate, and manage complex construction agreements for a large semiconductor project. You will lead contract negotiations, advise on risk and liability, and collaborate with procurement, project management, and safety teams to protect UIS interests.

The role requires a JD, active bar admission, and 5+ years in construction or commercial contracts, with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and current bar admission.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction, commercial contracts, procurement, or related practice.
• Experience drafting and negotiating master agreements for large projects.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate master service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, amendments, change orders, and other documents.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and standard terms aligned with UIS risk tolerance.
• Advise on indemnification, insurance, liability, and other critical provisions.
• Identify risks and provide practical recommendations to the General Counsel and project teams.
• Coordinate with procurement, project management, and safety on contract matters.
