Job summary

You will work cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Accounting, and Project Management to ensure timely execution, accurate redlines, and clear reporting. This position suits detail-oriented professionals with construction industry exposure and strong office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in contract administration or coordination.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with contract terminology and lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing redlines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of customer contracts and NDAs from intake to execution.
• Review drafts, incorporate redlines, maintain version control, and prepare summaries.
• Track contract status, deadlines, and approvals with documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Accounting, and Project Management teams.
• Assist with contract amendments, templates, lien and bond docs.
• Maintain reporting and contract records.
• Develop internal processes and training materials for administration.
• Provide backup support for subcontract administration as needed.
