Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Contracts Coordinator in Hawaii to manage construction and service contracts while supporting insurance, subcontractor compliance, and accounting activities. This role collaborates with project leadership, finance, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure contracts and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.

The position emphasizes organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contracts in construction or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance/compliance.
• Familiarity with FAR, subcontracts, and construction terms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract intake, review, execution, and tracking.
• Maintain construction and service contract documentation.
• Manage subcontractor insurance, COIs, lien releases, and payment compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractor invoice review with Project and Service Managers.
• Manage insurance renewals, audits, OCIP/CCIP enrollment, and reporting.
• Process and track bond requests.
