Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Must be able to read and understand contract documents
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; 10-key and keyboarding skills

Responsibilities

• Review aged invoice reports to monitor collections and manage accounts receivable.
• Maintain and update contract billings; review billings with engineers, managers, and customers.
• Process government pay estimates and force accounts; process online billings as required by owners or general contractors.
• Allocate subcontract cost and make payments; post payments to accounting software and credit proper invoices.
• Follow up on payments and initiate collections according to department procedures.
