Qualifications

• 2+ years of contracts & billing administration experience.
• Experience with JDE/JD Edwards preferred.
• Experience in Construction or Construction Services industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize contract documents and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Execute billing processes, including data entry, invoicing, and documentation.
• Maintain and analyze contract and billing data using Navision and other systems.
• Utilize VMS to manage vendor contracts, compliance, and performance.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding contract and billing matters.
