Sun Door and Trim, Inc. in Arizona seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to safeguard contract quality and financial controls from review to closeout.

This full-time role offers a steady 7 am–4 pm schedule (Mon-Thu) and 7 am–2 pm on Fridays, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and paid time off. You will review new construction contracts, prepare monthly billing, handle AR and collections calls, arrange lien and insurance certificates, and maintain

Formación

• Commercial construction experience.
• 3+ years of project specification experience.
• Contract management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and markup all new construction contracts.
• Create accurate monthly progress billing applications and process transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and perform collections calls.
• Initiate lien preparation and monitor preliminary lien notifications.
• Coordinate project badging/access requirements and obtain current project insurance certificates.
• Maintain 360º safety accountability and keep administrative records current.
