You will perform schedule analysis, change order review, cost estimating, damages analysis, and report writing. You will develop claims and expert reports under the direction of the Managing Consultants, with the goal of the new consultant signing reports, providing pre-trial advice to clients and attorneys, and providing deposition and trial testimony during litigation.Essential FunctionsWorks directly with attorneys and clients to foster relationships, understand and perform schedule and cost analysis, and issue resolution;Contract interpretation on scope, notice, schedule, delay, change order, and claim development requirements;Writing professional reports to be reviewed by the Managing Consultant;Other DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
