The Financial Analyst oversees projects related to delivery of expert witness testimony and/or consulting services for valuation disputes, including complex intellectual property disputes, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. Services include valuation of privately held companies, intangible assets including patents and trade secrets, and other assets; litigation support; participation in mediation/settlement discussions; and creation of presentations and reports in support of these services.

Fulltime: Defined as 5 days a week for 40 hours per week. Actual working hours will be discussed with the hiring manager.
