Qualifications

• Ten years of banking experience including construction lending.
• Strong communication with clients, attorneys, title companies.
• Solid knowledge of construction and commercial loan docs.
• Regulatory knowledge: Regulation B, HMDA, OFAC, CIP, Beneficial Ownership, Flood.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Adobe.
• Ability to work in a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Notary Public license for TX or NM or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to build relationships through proactive outreach.
• Assist bankers processing construction, lot, and development loan requests with supporting docs.
• Manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Process Letters of Credit for subdivisions and renewals.
• Support loan renewals and wire transfers as needed.
• Review and prepare loan documents in LaserPro.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
