Job summary

The Sack Company is a construction-focused MEPF firm seeking a Service Coordinator to manage client inquiries and coordinate service activities in person at our facility. The role emphasizes front-line communication and cross-department collaboration to deliver timely solutions.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate with department officials, and support procurement tasks while maintaining strong communication across channels. Experience in customer service within construction is valued.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a client-oriented, customer service, or related administrative position is desired.
• Ability to work on tasks independently or as a team with supervised direction.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Construction or Service Department experience a plus.
