Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction seeks a Client Manager / Business Development to identify new clients and grow revenue across target sectors in a fast-paced environment. You will craft strategies, pursue opportunities, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to align with company goals.

You will lead collaboration with marketing and preconstruction teams, drive proposals from RFPs through negotiation, and manage client partnerships to ensure profitable growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience selling and developing new business with revenues from $5M to over $50M.
• Experience with A/E/C industry preferred.
• Experience leading sales processes with multiple decision makers (C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through pursuit of strategic targets and relationship building.
• Pursue business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients.
• Initiate compelling calls and presentations to introduce AP’s capabilities.
• Plan and oversee target sector sales processes including strategy development and negotiations.
• Coordinate with marketing and preconstruction teams to win in the marketplace.
