Job summary

Iconic Construction LLC in Fenton, MO is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients and subcontractors. You will manage calls, coordinate with estimators, project managers and foremen, and help keep projects on track with accurate data entry and scheduling.

The role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and teamwork, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and competitive pay of $17 to $23 per hour, plus benefits such as

• Experience in reporting, data entry, and customer service.
• Typing speed of 60 WPM or more.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the main office line and set the tone for the day with outstanding customer support.
• Coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foremen; capture information and enter into Contractor Foreman Projects.
• Manage and craft schedules; keep sub-contractors in the loop and update stakeholders on progress.
• Organize vital project data and handle financial tasks to keep projects moving forward.
