Qualifications

• Education aligned with construction management or related field.
• Experience reviewing delay claims, schedules and time impact analyses.
• Ability to work independently with thorough written analysis.
• Knowledge of contracts, scheduling in construction, and OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate delay claim notices for validity per contract requirements.
• Review and interpret detailed schedule analyses using Primavera P6.
• Conduct forensic delay analysis from project records and correspondence.
• Track and manage assigned delay claims with accuracy.
• Facilitate fact-finding meetings with design and construction staff.
• Audit claim costs and prepare recommendations; negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Prepare concise reports on high-priority projects for executive staff.
