Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms.
• Own relationships end to end and pursue opportunities from first contact to signed agreement.
• Coordinate proposals with the engineering team for scope, pricing, qualifications, and follow-up.
• Report pipeline and results monthly.
• Travel locally; occasional trips to Sugar Land HQ.
