• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry.
• Experience with testing, inspection, engineering, equipment, or subcontracting.
• Established network of contractors, owners, or design firms.
• Disciplined pipeline habits: forecastable and honest.
• Comfort discussing specifications and schedules with superintendents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms.
• Own relationships end to end and manage the pursuit pipeline in the CRM.
• Coordinate proposals with the engineering team: scope, pricing, qualifications.
• Represent the company at industry associations and client events.
• Report pipeline and results monthly.
• Travel locally and occasionally to Sugar Land headquarters.
• Collaborate with the seller-doer engineer on pricing and sealing the technical work.
