Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, developing proposals, pricing strategies, and representing MSF Hospitality at industry events. You will collaborate with estimating and project teams to craft scopes of work and manage CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in construction business development or sales.
• Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles and procurement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and expand market presence across commercial, residential, and public sector construction.
• Build and maintain client relationships, conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Collaborate with estimating and project teams to craft proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and support marketing initiatives.
• Track business development metrics, maintain CRM records, and report on opportunities.
