Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry
• Existing network of contractors, owners, or design firms in the market
• Disciplined pipeline habits: forecastable and honest
• Comfort discussing specifications and schedules with superintendents and owners

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of clients in your market and own relationships end to end
• Track permits, bid boards, and project announcements to pursue work before award
• Qualify, pursue, and run the pursuit pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
• Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing, qualifications, and follow-up
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings; report pipeline monthly
