Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Sales / Business Development professional in Franklin, TN to grow client relationships and lead opportunities across our construction lifecycle services. You’ll engage design partners and internal teams to advance client strategies and preconstruction initiatives.

Required: 4+ years in business development or sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and Salesforce CRM familiarity. Expect travel up to 10% and a collaborative, value-driven culture.

Qualifications

4+ yrs experience in business development, sales or relevant role
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, communications, or related field
Industry knowledge in electrical, mechanical, soft craft, fabrication and/or underground maintenance

Responsibilities

Support client and market/industry strategy
