Qualifications

• Understand the building process and budgeting for costs
• Technical construction knowledge to grasp process and terminology preferred
• Preferred knowledge in WMS/Builder MT and Sage
• Ability to master budgeting, budget analysis, and budget corrections for WIP
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau and Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP system related to connections with builder portal, sales software and accounting systems
• Verify data and system costing transfers between systems
• Create and maintain job costing systems
• Manage budgets within the WIP report and perform adjustments
• Prepare appraisal budgets per region for CSR timelines
• Assist in data management for year-end audits
• Collaborate with sales to review costs at release to ensure proper costing
• Perform other related duties as assigned
