Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or real estate preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in finance or business analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage comprehensive business plans for joint ventures.
• Produce and present proformas and financial models to leadership and partners.
• Create monthly rolling cashflow forecasts for JV performance and distributions.
• Develop financial models for debt and equity valuation of JV opportunities.
• Collaborate with Land Development to assess deal structures and MOUs/LOIs.
• Prepare financing materials, including sources & uses and pitch decks for investors.
• Support relationships with banks, PE firms, and potential partners.
