Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process owner billings, subcontractor billings, and progress invoices.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to verify project status, costs, and billing schedules.
• Track lien waivers, insurance certificates, and subcontractor compliance documents.
• Maintain accurate project billing records and supporting documentation.
• Submit AIA billing applications and related backup documentation.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoice issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
