Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking a full-time Billing Clerk in Fort Worth to manage end-to-end billing processes.

The role requires issuing invoices, generating monthly statements, and maintaining meticulous customer records to ensure accurate revenue recognition. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of billing experience, familiarity with the construction or refinery sectors, and strong math, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of billing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in billing for refineries or construction industries preferred.
• Advanced Accounting degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices to customers.
• Issue monthly customer statements.
• Update customer files with issued invoices.
• Process credit memos.
• Track and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Enter invoices into customer invoicing systems.
• Submit invoices via electronic data interchange (EDI).
• Review invoice accuracy prior to submission.
