Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices to customers and credit memos accurately.
• Update customer files with issued invoices and payments.
• Process monthly statements and track billing discrepancies.
• Enter invoices into billing systems or portals.
• Review accuracy of invoices before submission and resolve issues.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and exceptions.
• Own billing-related projects and assist during peak periods.
• Develop positive relationships to maintain customer standards and service quality.
