Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior billing and/or accounts receivable/payable experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Some college coursework in accounting or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify billing data accuracy and revise errors.
• Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
• Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices; record amounts due for services rendered.
• Keep records of invoices and supporting documents.
• Operate typing, adding, calculating; post data or maintain cost records.
• Contact customers to obtain or relay account information.
• Create billing documents, credit memorandums, or credit forms.
