Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in construction billing/pay applications or related role.
• Knowledge of billing processes, change orders, and project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process pay applications and invoices accurately.
• Review project contracts to understand payment terms and invoicing.
• Verify supporting documentation for pay applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and internal teams.
• Incorporate approved change orders into pay applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare payment status reports and cost summaries.
• Resolve discrepancies related to pay applications.
• Enter data accurately into accounting systems and maintain records.
• Communicate pay status to clients and stakeholders.
