Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a detailed-oriented Contracts & Risk Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is essential in supporting the pre-bid proposal and contract review process. You will analyze contracts for risks, collaborate with teams, and develop effective risk strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience with construction contracts. A comprehensive compensation package, including a leading 401(k) plan and health benefits, is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with construction project contracts required.
• Experience with contracts, negotiations, pursuit management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes proposal and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identifies and pursues risk mitigation and risk transfer opportunities.
• Coordinates all risk review and management activities throughout the BRC phases.
• Develops risk transfer strategies for joint venture and main subcontracts.
• Prepares opinions and facilitates executive decision making regarding key issues.
• Develops risk review and control tools, including policies and processes.
• Forms trustful relationships with stakeholders in estimating and operations.
