Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a Project Manager in Alpharetta, Georgia, to lead technically complex construction projects. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with project contracts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction or engineering, strong management skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, engineering or scheduling required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to delegate task‐driven responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and resources.
• Coordinates with project personnel to update the construction schedule and adjust for change orders.

Skills

5+ years’ experience in construction

Experience in managing personnel

Strong interpersonal skills

Proven ability to identify and manage project risk

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
