LHH is assisting a respected regional law firm in its search for a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing Philadelphia office. The role emphasizes strong writing, rigorous litigation experience, and exposure to high-stakes matters in a hybrid setting.

The attorney will manage a sophisticated docket, including delay claims and surety matters, representing owners, contractors, lenders, and other stakeholders with mentorship from department leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a sophisticated construction litigation docket including delay and disruption claims.
• Represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors, lenders, architects and other construction stakeholders.
• Provide meaningful client contact and mentorship within the team.

Due to increased demand and significant recent successes, the firm is expanding its highly regarded construction practice and seeking an attorney with strong litigation experience and exceptional writing skills.

The Opportunity

This attorney will handle a sophisticated construction litigation docket involving:

• Delay and disruption claims
• Surety and bond matters
• Representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, lenders, architects, and other construction industry stakeholders

The practice offers meaningful client contact, strong mentorship from department leadership, and exposure to high-profile matters.
