Due to increased demand and significant recent successes, the firm is expanding its highly regarded construction practice and seeking an attorney with strong litigation experience and exceptional writing skills.

This attorney will handle a sophisticated construction litigation docket involving:

  • Delay and disruption claims
  • Surety and bond matters
  • Representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, lenders, architects, and other construction industry stakeholders
