Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
• Strong writing, deposition, discovery, and courtroom skills.
• Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions required.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Handle day-to-day litigation responsibilities and client interaction.
• Support white collar investigations when applicable.
• Maintain a diverse civil litigation caseload (contract disputes, tort matters, etc.).

The associate will manage day-to-day litigation responsibilities, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and client interaction. Opportunities to support white collar investigations are also available, though prior experience is not required.
