Job summary

McElroy Deutsch seeks attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of general litigation experience handling construction disputes in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice in contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal jurisdictions.
