About the Role

Horn Williamson & Collins seeks an experienced attorney with 5‑10 years of litigation experience. Construction defect litigation experience and experience in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas are additional assets. The role includes legal research, writing, discovery, motion practice, taking and receiving depositions, and trial preparation. Pending experience you may be given jury trials, bench trials, and/or arbitration. You will work with partners and associates on challenging and significant matters.
