Florida Construction Connection, Inc. is seeking an on-site Construction Assistant Project Manager in the South Florida region (Miami and Fort Lauderdale).

You will assist the Project Manager through all construction phases, ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery and on-site coordination with subcontractors. The role requires Procore proficiency, strong knowledge of construction procedures, codes, scheduling, estimating and safety practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Adept at handling essential office tasks to support the Project Manager.
