Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Denver, CO to support the project team with administration and management of construction activities. The role involves budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include assisting with GMP-like cost input, change orders, bids, procurement, and documenting project progress while coordinating with PMs, estimators, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience in construction administration: contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement.
• Strong cost control, change orders, subcontractor cost tracking, and PM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with administration and management of construction activities.
• Support cost control, change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Coordinate with PM, estimator, and subcontractors to maintain logs and schedules.
• Prepare pay applications, purchase orders, and support closeout activities.
