Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
• 3-7 years of construction experience on relevant projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
• Experience in managing field staff and building relationships.
• Geographically mobile and able to relocate.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented.
• Demonstrated track record of jobsite safety excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in establishing project accounts and schedules.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Superintendent.
• Track and process Change Proposal Requests and Orders.
• Monitor job costs and maintain reports.
• Lead the on-site Total Quality Management process.
• Manage the Project closeout process.
• Implement safety and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs.
