Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
3-7 years of construction experience on relevant projects.
Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
Experience in managing field staff and building relationships.
Geographically mobile and able to relocate.

Demonstrated track record of jobsite safety excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in establishing project accounts and schedules.
Provide administrative support to the Project Superintendent.
Track and process Change Proposal Requests and Orders.
Monitor job costs and maintain reports.
Lead the on-site Total Quality Management process.
Manage the Project closeout process.
Implement safety and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs.
