Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing of work.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and team with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource identification.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, bid analysis, scope review, and buyout.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor procurement timelines, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Support project closeout activities and final turnover.
