Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in construction site management.
• Proficient in communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced plan reading skills.
• CPR/AED Certified; OSHA 30; STSC certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from handoff to completion.
• Manage client expectations with the field team.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and project documentation.
