Construction Assistant Project Manager at Atlas Builders

Join our team at Atlas Builders as a Construction Assistant Project Manager. We are a full-service general contractor, construction manager, and owner's representative handling diverse projects ranging from commercial developments, hotels, ground-up condos, to affordable housing retrofits and sustainability initiatives. The candidate will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Below are the key requirements and responsibilities for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to ensure reasonable costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship according to plans and specifications

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in project management/construction management with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture is a plus
• Previous experience in construction management or related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software, preferably Procore
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Salary Range: $63,000 - $80,000
