• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction or similar, or 4+ years in related roles.
• Experience in managing schedules, budgets, and project profitability across multiple phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating project schedules in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Performs bid review, drawing review, and on-site construction management as assigned.
• Manages preconstruction plan development and prepares submittal packages.
• Facilitates definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Assists PM in development involving consultants, subcontractors, vendors, budgets and internal departments.
• Plans, schedules, and manages project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Performs cost estimating and risk analysis with recommendations to PM.
• Maintains open communication with field staff and suppliers.
