LiRo-Hill in Albany, NY is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to oversee design and construction phases, compiling a monthly portfolio summary for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires reviewing project status, cost, schedule, and scope, tracking changes and field orders, and identifying delays with mitigation strategies; occasional travel to job sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience in design & construction project scheduling.
• 6 years construction experience on projects valued at $10M.
• Knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change orders and review of payments.
• Tech savvy - MS Office products, scheduling software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review construction projects in both design and construction phases and develop a monthly project summary for the portfolio.
• Track changes and field orders; assess impact and mitigation strategies.
• Identify delays and communicate with internal and external stakeholders; travel to job sites as needed.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure projects stay on track.
