Successful completion leads to specialization in Industrial, Wind or Solar construction. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be prepared to travel for the program.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED. 18+ years old. 0–4,000 on-the-job training hours. Experience with basic power tools is a plus.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Safety awareness and health; travel willingness; ability to follow Journeyman directions; written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit enthusiasm to learn and build knowledge.
• Attend formal training and complete on-the-job training.
• Keep log of on-the-job training activities and complete evaluations.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients; observe safety procedures.
• Promote and comply with company safety policies.
• Learn and perform general labor tasks using hand/power tools and equipment.
• Meet deadlines and work to schedules; work as part of a team.
