Training covers safety orientation, basic math, tools, drawings, rigging, and more, with progression to Industrial, Wind and Solar construction knowledge. Responsibilities include attending formal training, completing on-site training, logging activities, and meeting strict safety and program requirements while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0 to 4,000 on the job training hours.
• Experience using basic power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit an enthusiasm to learn.
• Attend formal training and complete on-the-job training.
• Keep log of on-the-job training activities.
• Complete all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Observe health and safety procedures.
• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks and other duties as directed by Journeyman/Supervisor.
• May assist other craft workers.
• Meet deadlines and work to schedules.
• Think critically to resolve issues.
