Job summary

MasTec is seeking apprentices to learn core construction skills under journeyman supervision. You will gain safety training, basic math, tool use, drawings, rigging, and site procedures while progressing toward specialization in Industrial, Wind, or Solar construction.

Responsibilities include attending formal training, completing assignments and logs, and maintaining safety standards on site. The program offers hands-on experience with power tools and site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0 to 4,000 on the job training hours required.
• Experience using basic power tools preferred.

• Attend formal training and complete on-the-job training.
