Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review construction payment packages ensuring requirements are met before payment.
• Maintain monthly uninvoiced receipts reports for all departments.
• Process accounts payable invoices using Oracle and Laserfiche.
• Review contracts to ensure retainage matches payments and policy compliance.
• Track invoice payments to comply with the Prompt Payment Act.
• Assist in construction audits and train staff on AP processes.
