Ledgent partners with a growing construction organization in the South Bay to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role handles invoice matching, coding, approvals, weekly check runs, and expense report processing.

You will communicate with vendors and assist with inventory-related accounting, with opportunities for cross-training and growth within a collaborative team including a CFO, Controller, and Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

• AA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Pro and DocuSign.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoice matching, coding, and approvals.
• Weekly check runs.
• Expense report processing and reconciliation.
• Vendor communication and support.
• Assisting with inventory-related accounting activities.
