Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Staff Accountant II – Construction to oversee the construction accounts payable workflow using Procore and Sage Intacct, ensuring timely payments and accurate coding.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience in construction, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. This in-office, full-time role emphasizes collaboration with construction teams and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting/Business/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Procore for construction AP workflow management.
• Sage Intacct for reconciliation and journal entries.
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint) proficiency (3+ years).
• Ability to train, document, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Manage full construction AP workflow in Procore and accounting system.
• Process approved invoices for payment and manage check runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries for reclasses and corrections.
• Maintain cash controls and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for required documentation.
