Metcon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function for our construction division. This role oversees daily AP operations, ensures policy compliance, and drives process improvements across our project portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings construction billing expertise, strong leadership, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency to support multiple projects and a growing workload.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle AP for construction projects, including subcontractor and vendor payments, invoice approvals, and disbursements.
• Lead and mentor the AP team with training, support, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate coding and timely processing of invoices aligned with job costs and contracts.
• Review and approve high-dollar invoices, change orders, and payment applications.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure tax documentation (W-9s), lien waivers, and COIs.
