Job summary

CFS in Clackamas, OR is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for an onsite role. You will interact directly with the Controller and ownership, handling billing, payroll data, and vendor management in a small team.

The role focuses on construction accounting, progress billings, job costing, and certified payroll processes, with a comprehensive benefits package and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of combined accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Construction accounting experience, including job costing and progress billings.
• Proficiency with Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress billings, pay applications, and invoices in Acumatica.
• Manage accounts receivable, including cash application, collections, aging, and retention tracking.
• Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, and annual 1099 reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and provide backup support for certified payroll reporting.
