Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounts payable, owner billings, job cost transactions, cash management, reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting. This Portland-based role partners with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain accurate, timely, and well-documented financial activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience, construction preferred.
• Experience with Spectrum and/or Procore is strongly preferred.
• Experience with networked accounting systems and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable for assigned projects.
• Review invoices, ensure proper approval and coding.
• Post owner invoices and manage cash receipts.
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies.
• Prepare interim and final project substantiations and reports.
