Job summary

Ferrovial Construction in Nashville selects a Data Analytics Manager to lead the digital construction platform strategy for the I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes. You will manage Procore, Power BI, and automation, guiding a team and coordinating with project departments to standardize digital workflows.

You will drive end-to-end data processes, train users, and ensure data quality and integration across Procore, ERP, and related tools, delivering real-time insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in civil/heavy-construction project environments.
• Experience leading a team in a digital construction / data management function.
• Procore administrator with project-level certification.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
• Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365, including Visio for process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team covering Procore administration, analytics/dashboards, and process automation.
• Coordinate day-to-day priorities and platform strategy with the DC&DM Reporting Integration Manager.
• Mentor and develop the team’s technical skills across Procore, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Act as the central point of coordination between all project departments to standardize their processes.
• Drive adoption of digital processes aligned with Data Management standards.
• Provide hands-on support across the project software map, including Procore, ERP, and automation tools.
